The project consisted of the remodeling of an apartment from a building designed by architect Jorge Figueroa, located in the district of Vitacura.
The original structure fell short of natural light, with materials that looked outdated. Additionally, the complexity of the floor plan was not fit for the new owner’s activities.
The renovation included tearing down some walls and reorganizing spaces by placing new furniture and a pocket door that would allow some flexibility between the kitchen and the dining room.
