Linderos House

Located on the southern outskirts of Santiago, this house is part of a compound which surrounds a golf course, where the plots are flat and have an area of around 5,000 m2. The unit is built on two levels where the ground floor accommodates the public and private spaces, leaving the children’s bedrooms on the second floor. The ground level is designed as a square with an interior courtyard in the center, making circulation around it more pleasant. Its predominant materials are concrete, steel and wood.
