This project is a new office fit-out for a company whose office we designed in 2016 in Barrio Italia. The assignment consisted of relocating the same holding company to a 50% smaller location. To do this, new needs were defined and spaces with greater flexibility of use were enabled. One of the new features was the creation of work booths that allow for private telematic meetings.
The spirit of the previous office was maintained by reinterpreting some iconic references of the previous proposal, such as the linear black hanging lamps or the exposed brick walls. All the lessons learned from the recycling of Emilio Vaisse’s old sheds were translated into improvements in the technical specifications of this project. The color palette tends to be more cheerful and not as neutral as the previous one, with the intention of further enriching the spatial qualities of a plant dressed in concrete.
